Oklan B. Myers, 84 of Lenox passed away Friday, May 3, 2024 at the Legacy Village in Tifton following a long and courageous battle with Alzheimer's Disease. Mr. Myers was born August 27, 1939 in Quitman, GA and was the son of the late Bea and Rubie Green Myers. He was well known as a stucco and plastering contractor, before he retired. Bobby Maxey, 85 of Central South Carolina passed away Sunday, April 28, 2024 at his daughter's home in Quitman. Bobby was born September 9, 1938 to the late Jessie James Maxey & Della Haulbrook Maxey. Bobby's passion was remodeling and working on antique cars, he owned his own business, Bobby's Auto Sales. Mark Ray, 57 of Sparks passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at Colquitt Regional Medical Center. Mark was born November 26, 1966 in Quitman to the late Roy M. Ray, Jr. and Delores Ray. He was a member of Lenox Christian Fellowship. Mark graduated from Berrien High School i n1985 and became employed with Berrien Co. EMS and Deep South EMS. James Edward Price, Sr.,74 of Quitman, Georgia, went peacefully to be with the Lord on April 23, 2024. He was born on October 20, 1949, in Screven, GA to the late Wilton Edward Price and Ollie Mae Jackson Price. Edward grew up attending Northside Baptist Church in Quitman every Sunday morning and evening.
